Blue Child Joni is a spirit in Hollow Knight. The Joni's Blessing Charm can be found on her corpse.

Lore
Joni was known as "the kindly heretic".[2] She gave a blessing which is able to transfigure vital fluids into blue lifeblood.[2] At a certain point, Joni passed away. Her corpse was placed on a plinth in Joni's Repose.
In-game events
Joni's corpse can be found in Joni's Repose, where her blessing can be obtained from her corpse. Joni's spirit appears after the Knight picks up Joni's Blessing. She notices that the Knight has her blessing, but mentions that she does not remember giving it.[3]
Like all other spirits, the Dream Nail can be used on her, giving 1 Essence.

- Joni is named after Joni Kunelius, the Kickstarter backer who designed her.
- Joni was first revealed in a Kickstarter update detailing various Backer Bugs:
