Advanced Alchemy is a Gather Wish in Hollow Knight: Silksong. It can be started by talking to the Plasmified Alchemist Zylotol in the Wormways after it becomes overrun with Plasmium in Act 3, and after Alchemist's Assistant is completed.

Wish

Alchemist Zylotol asks Hornet to extract 10 samples of Plasmified Blood and to deliver it to him. He gives her his Needle Phial once more, which Hornet must charge and stab into Plasmified enemies such as Plasmids, Plasmidases, or Plasmified Zango to extract their blood.

Reward

After delivering the Plasmified Blood to Alchemist Zylotol, he rewards Hornet with the Plasmium Gland, allowing her to limitlessly recharge the Plasmium Phial at a bench.
