Balm for the Wounded is a Wayfarer Wish in Hollow Knight: Silksong which can be acquired from Songclave's Wishwall after meeting Sherma in Songclave and having visited the Whiteward.

Wish

To complete the Wish, Hornet must locate Sherma, who has gone to Whiteward in search of medical supplies. Upon promising the Wish, a small doorway opens in the eastern part of Whiteward, granting access to a room within which Sherma can be found.

Upon talking to Sherma, Hornet is ambushed by 3 waves of enemies of 1 Surgeon, 2 Morticians, and 2 more Surgeons. Defeating the enemies and talking to Sherma once more completes the wish.

Reward

After completing the quest, Sherma gifts Hornet a Spool Fragment which he found within Whiteward. He then returns to Songclave.
