Choir Hornhead

Did this one grow large thanks to the Citadel's excess, or was its formidable size the reason it ever survived to reach this place?

Choir Hornheads are enemies in Hollow Knight: Silksong. They are full-grown members of the Choir bearing three horns.[2]
Behaviour and Tactics
Often found simply wandering back and forth, Choir Hornheads charge at Hornet when they detect her, stopping if they hit a wall or she gets behind them. They notably do not attempt to stop themselves from going over edges, occasionally killing themselves as a result.
Choir Hornheads deal
both on contact and with their charge.
Needle Bouncing, attacking fast enough to push them away, or simply jumping behind them any time they charge is the most effective way to defeat them.
A Choir Hornhead with 55 HP appears west of the Bellway fighting Second Sentinel.
Needolin Dialogue
- When may I rest?
- Your ringing halls...
- None shall starve...
- Is this the way?
- Where is the song?
- I am chosen!
- Your shining walls...
- The song...
- To live eternal... in the light...
- None shall die...
