Fatal Resolve is a Wayfarer Wish in Hollow Knight: Silksong. It becomes available after obtaining the Needle Strike ability and entering Act 3. It can be acquired from Bellhart's Wishwall after additionally completing the ASCEND: Return to Pharloom objective and obtaining the Silk Soar ability, or directly from a note left by Pinstress in her hut in the Blasted Steps.

Wish

To complete the Wish, Hornet must find Pinstress' location within Mount Fay. If the Wish is accepted from the Wishwall, the note in her hut must be read first, to tell Hornet that the Pinstress has gone to Mount Fay. Dead enemies with Pinstress' pins in them are scattered across the area leading to her location, which can be interacted with to track her pathway.

At this location, Pinstress is sleeping and needs to be hit repeatedly with the Needle to awaken her. After speaking to her, she challenges Hornet to a duel. Defeating her completes the Wish.

Reward

After completing the Wish, Pinstress gifts Hornet the Pin Badge Tool. It also unlocks the Fatal Resolve Achievement.
