Memory Locket
Memory Lockets are Items used to expand the capabilities of Crests. Each Crest starts with a different number of locked slots for 
Red, 
Blue, and 
Yellow Tools, which can be unlocked by using Memory Lockets in the Crest menu. This can be done even if Hornet is not sitting at a bench.
Use
Memory Lockets are used to unlock Tool slots in Crests, allowing Hornet to equip more Red Tools, Blue Tools, and Yellow Tools.
After acquiring new Crests and unlocking more slots, Hornet can speak to Eva, who will grant her upgrades based on the current amount of slots unlocked, including Tools and Silk Skill slots. This does not count any slots from the Hunter Crest, or any unused Memory Lockets in the inventory.

How to Acquire
There are 20 Memory Lockets in total, exactly enough to unlock every slot. Two Memory Lockets may move locations in Act 3 if not previously collected.
