Pious Isamor

Pious Isamor is an NPC in Hollow Knight: Silksong. It is a large rusted statue found abandoned deep within the Whispering Vaults.
Background
Pious Isamor is large metal statue of a pilgrim,[1] that originally served to greet those that have newly arrived to the Citadel and to motivate them to join the ranks of the Choir.[2][3] Its dialogue suggests it was from a time before the Citadel was as gilded and decadent it is now known for, calling it the "Citadel of stone".[2]
Isamor originally stood at the west of Choral Chambers directly outside the entrance to Whiteward on a statue base.[4] At an unknown point, Isamor was eventually decommissioned and left deep within the Whispering Vaults.
In-game Events
Pious Isamor initially appears to be an inactive rusted statue. Upon walking a few steps away, hitting it a few times with the Needle or playing the Needolin, it wakes up and can be listened to, however it's words are fragmented and broken. It makes a rumbling sound when talking.
