Their thick shroud leaves them sightless, yet it seems to matter little. They have no care for their safety, wishing only to charge at those they sense as sinful.
Puny Penitents are enemies in Hollow Knight: Silksong. They are small penitents in the Slab who are shackled and cowled for sin committed within the Citadel, leaving them sightless but still wishing to charge at those they sense as sinful.[2]
Behaviour and Tactics
Puny Penitents start off bound in chains, but break out of them once Hornet comes near.
Being flying Enemies, Puny Penitents keep aerial distance from Hornet by attempting to remain diagonally above her. To attack, they close in and perform a short, mainly horizontal swoop at her.
