Usage
Adds a disclaimer for Mod pages to inform viewers that the page contains modded, non-official content.
Also adds the page to the Mods category, with the sortkey parameter allowing to change what name it is sorted by in the category's page list. E.g. Mod:The Glimmering Realm uses {{ModNotif|sortkey = Glimmering Realm}} and thus appears under G rather than T.
