Ballow is an upcoming NPC in Hollow Knight: Silksong who is located in Deep Docks.
He is the assistant of Forge-Daughter[1] and can be found shovelling coal into a metal carapace. He can be hit by Hornet, which deals no damage to him and makes Forge-Daughter laugh.[1]
