The energy core of an old mining golem, fashioned around a potent crystal. The crystal's energy can be channeled sic to launch the bearer forward at dangerous speeds.
Consumed the Crystal Heart
Hold SUPER DASH while on the ground or clinging to a wall to concentrate the force. Release the button to blast forwards and fly through the air.

Crystal Heart is an Ability in Hollow Knight. It allows the Knight to fly forward horizontally until colliding with a wall or enemy that is not killed by the dash.

Function

Hold SUPER DASH while on the ground or clinging to a wall to concentrate force. Release the button at full charge to blast forwards and fly through the air. The Knight continues moving forward until interrupted by damage or the environment, by pressing JUMP or by tapping SUPER DASH again.

The Super Dash deals 10 damage on contact with an enemy, and any enemy killed by this hit does not damage the Knight or stop their movement.

How to Acquire

Found in an old mining golem at the end of a platforming segment in Crystal Peak. Requires Mantis Claw and Mothwing Cloak.

• It is possible to use the Dream Nail on the old mining golem, which gives the following dialogue:
