This is an incredibly useful charm for a Spell build, as unlike using [[Soul Catcher]] or [[Soul Eater]], the player will not need to attack with the Nail as often to regain Soul, and unlike using [[Grubsong]], the player does not have to be dependent on taking damage to have consistent soul.  
This Charm stacks well with Charms that generate SOUL, like [[Soul Catcher]] or [[Grubsong]], as it uses SOUL more efficiently instead of generating it. It is also much more efficient than Soul Catcher in terms of Nail hits per Spell; of course, this comes at the drawback of not being able to use this added efficiency on [[Focus]].


Of course, combining any of these charms will provide a much more powerful boost to Soul management than only using one.  
This Charm can also be used in some advanced skips as it lets the Knight use 4 Spells in a short time instead of only 3.

Spell Twister is a Charm in Hollow Knight. It reduces the amount of SOUL required to cast Spells.

Usefulness

This Charm stacks well with Charms that generate SOUL, like Soul Catcher or Grubsong, as it uses SOUL more efficiently instead of generating it. It is also much more efficient than Soul Catcher in terms of Nail hits per Spell; of course, this comes at the drawback of not being able to use this added efficiency on Focus.
