Fungified Husk
 The bugs of Hallownest are so pathetic that being infected by poisonous fungi actually increases their chances of survival! They really are absurd creatures.  |
Fungified Husks are enemies in Hollow Knight. They are deceased citizens of Hallownest whose corpses were filled with and reanimated by Infected spores.[1][2]
Behaviour and Tactics
Meanders peacefully back and forth until disturbed. Much like the Volatile Mosskin, it emits an explosive gas cloud from its body, with a faster trigger delay and a wider area of effect than that of a Volatile Mosskin.
Shortly after being killed, its corpse produces one final explosion that is equal to that of a Volatile Mosskin.

Trivia
- The Fungified Husk is one of the few enemies that has multiple different appearances, but no change to behaviour. Other enemies with this trait are Mistake, Sibling, and Corpse Creeper.
- The designs for the two Fungified Husks seem to be modified versions of the Husk Bully and Husk Hornhead.
