 Does it realise what a nuisance it is? Drifting around, spilling its noxious juices everywhere it goes? If you see any, make sure to kill them.  |
Obbles are enemies in Hollow Knight. They are slow, flying bugs who attack by spewing acidic venom.[1][2] A stronger variant called the Battle Obble is bred to fight in the Colosseum of Fools.[3] Oblobbles are the larger cousins of the Obble.[4]
Behaviour and Tactics
Flies around its territory, bouncing off of any surfaces it comes into contact with. Whenever the Knight is within its range, it periodically spews four blobs of acidic liquid in an X-shaped pattern. Also attacks after taking any damage.
Stay directly below, to the sides, or above an Obble to avoid damage or to heal safely.

Trivia
- The Obble is one of the few enemies that respawns upon leaving and re-entering the room.
- Its eyes usually appear uninfected except for when it fires projectiles, when it gains an orange dot within its eyes.
