Fungling
 Just a child, it drifts about with closed eyes and an open mind. When I was young, my brothers and sisters and I would hunt each other in the nest. Now I hunt alone.  |
Funglings are enemies in Hollow Knight. They are gas-filled balloon creatures who ignore the world around them.[1] Funglings are juveniles, becoming Fungoons upon reaching adulthood.[1]
Behaviour and Tactics
Floats and often drifts about peacefully, but deals contact damage to the Knight.
Easily avoided due to their lack of aggression, Funglings are mainly used for platforming by Nail-bouncing on them while in the air. They also serve as obstacles during platforming challenge segments and must be avoided or dealt with.

Location
They are found in large groups throughout most of the Fungal Wastes and the Fungal Core. Some can also be found in the northeast part of the 
Junk Pit.

- The Fungling is one of the few enemies that respawns upon leaving and re-entering the room.
