Placid but putrid creature. Holds rancid eggs within its gut.

Easily tracked down if you have a sense of smell. I strongly suggest you do not eat its eggs.

Bluggsacs are enemies in Hollow Knight. They are placid clusters of fluid sacs which occasionally produce a foul-smelling egg.[1]

Behaviour and Tactics

Passive and stationary, it does not retaliate when attacked, nor does it deal contact damage. Drops a Rancid Egg upon death.

Trivia

  • Bluggsacs are an easy source of infinite SOUL as they can be hit with the Dream Nail repeatedly and do not move.
  • They are not affected by environmental hazards and explosions.
  • The Bluggsac is one of the few enemies that never respawns.
  • Bluggsacs give off particles similar to those given off by the Defender's Crest Charm.
